Skyrim Loader & ENB / SweetFX switch

Idea:

Being a fan of all TES series I repeatedly faced a problem of the ENB installation of additions.
More precisely than their installations, uninstallations, correct removal of garbage and тд. Constantly,

something was buggy,
Something wasn't put, something took off and more.
Having rummaged the mountain of resources, I haven't found the utility which installs/uninstalls addition

ENB.
And the idea to realize it was born...
